Its HOT in LA, like a little too hot. I was born in the winter so im not really

fond of this heat. When I was in Vegas I did a little bit of shopping.

I was good and didn't spend too much!

My cousin Vicky gave me my early Christmas gift!

She bought me the Daycation Large Leila cosmetics bag from Kate Spade.

Its covered in giraffes that walk in pairs. She knows about my love for giraffes and just had to get it for me. Its part of their newest collection. Along with the make up bag, she gave me a matching

Keychain!!! Its adorable~ More and more I love Kate Spade because of her.

If any of you guys are subscribed to the Birchbox ( a monthly box that comes to your house with different samples of cosmetics products) you would have gotten Kate Spade's sample of their perfume Twirl.

I ended up becoming a big fan of this product so when I was Vegas I picked up the Large bottle. Again with the help of my cousin xDD

I actually don't like many perfumes so when I find one I like I must have it.

So prettyyyyy. Its kinda heavy so I'm always afraid of holding it, I don't want to drop it.

Bath and Body works was having their 75% of Semi Annual sale.
Usually I don't buy anything. But when I saw they had full size Sweet Pea Lotion
I ended up getting two. Original Prize $10.50 each. I got them both for $5.
Sweet Pea is...heaven. It literally is the best scent they have there. Nothing else can compare. I'm like smelling it now as I type this.

Also I stopped by Victoria Secret for a Bra fitting and to pick up some Slice of Heaven lip gloss.
It seems every time I go to Victoria Secret I always get bigger..time for new bras.
I only wear VS's lip gloss. No one else's. Its my favorite and it goes with whatever lip stick I'm wearing.

Also from my last IMATS post I mentioned Napoleon Perdis giving $50 gift cards to those who are bloggers/youtubers. Although you can only use it at their concept stores it really is great for those who
are interested in trying their products.

After spending 1 hour in their store with their helpful staff members Deborah and Eric
I left with their Auto Pilot Skin Primer and their Foundation Stick in Look 4(my skin color).
Also they have me a small jar sample of their Auto Pilot Lip Service which is a lip conditioner to
repair and protect your lips. You only need a tiny dot to cover your lips completely so the small jar sample is actually pretty good!


I've been using this a lot. Its a water based primer. I pair it with my Make Up For Ever HD foundation for the perfect look and flawless skin. It was awesome especially in Vegas! Currently its my go to Skin Primer. I still have a lot left but I feel like you have to use quiet a good amount to get full coverage for your face. We shall see how long it last. If any of you have a good recommendation for a face primer
feel free to let me know!


Foundation Stick (Look 4)

I only tried this on in the store and I really liked the coverage. I have yet to use this any other day.

Once I get a proper brush to apply it with i'll get back to you on this.

The shop staff in the Topanga mall were very helpful and super friendly. Excellent customer service.
They also gave me a hand full of goodies to share with some of my readers. So expect to see those in my giveaways!

So for those of you who heard about the NYX Cosmetics 12th Anniversary Day Sale...
you'll all know they offered all of their customers their favorite products for $1.20 from Sunday the 15th 12pm-12am. With all the excitement and hype over over this sale they knew they would have an over whelming response with orders. Instead of this being the ultimate sale.. NYX bit off more than they could chew.



-The sale didn't start on time.
-The server repeatedly crashed.
-When the site finally began running a large number of people could not access the site.
-It took a few hours for people to put 1 ITEM into their cart.
-Hours go by and people are still not able to even access the website.
-Some can not even SEE the products.
-15 hours goes by.. some people finally finish putting items into their carts.
-And then they realize after refreshing someone ELSE'S items show up in their cart.
-Some people's carts would double the products or turn empty.
-...main problem starts when...people head to check out.

LOL jokes on us... Check Out page is not working for 89% of the customers.
Some could not put in their credit card information
other couldn't even get the checkout page to load.

And this was all around 2-3am PST.
Every second 4-5 new comments would appear on their Facebook page. ALL 99.9% negative ones.
And what does NYX cosmetics offers their fans as a gift? 50% and free shipping.....
Sounds nice right? NO
Why no?... because thats NOT what they had promised. It is not our fault they did not have a big enough server.
This was suppose to be in appreciation for the fans. So by not being prepared, lack of customer service
and then offering as the 50% off code as a "gift".. is complete and utter insanity.
I for one am very disappointed in the way NYX handled this....and their located in LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA. I should have been able to just go and PICK UP my order...oh wait.. i never got to order.. because i could never get to check out!!!
Its really sad and If you go to view their Facebook page now.. you can see the large amount of unhappy customers..If I really needed their products I would just go to Little Tokyo v.v

Lime Crime Lipstick Review

A short late night post ^^
I recently received one of Lime Crime's Lipstick
as a gift after hosting a giveaway sponsored by them.
It was such a HUGE SUCCESS thanks to all my new and old followers O:
The color they sent me was D'Lilac

 I would say its probably a little bit lighter on me. More closer to the first photo.
Definitely not something I can wear unless i'm going to one of my events.
Also.. this lipstick smells like VANILLA or COTTON CANDY. I want to eat it.. but I know I shouldn't ;___;
Overall: 4/5
+The packaging is cute and the color is very pretty.
+Pretty pigmented! Its how Quite Cute from Mac should have been -_-
-The only thing I would say I don't really like about it is how it looks against my skin tone. I will be shipping out the winner's package next week. I refuse to deal with the easter hustle.

I won what?!?!?!?!

Oh boy. Today was a long day. So remember that Kurvee Event? During the Kurvee Event I entered Mary Kay's drawing for a small flower arrangement and a skin care kit. Very next day I get a phone call saying I won! Crazy I never win any drawings like that hahaha. Well the lady Lisa who works for Mary Kay of course called me and set up a time and date where she can come by, drop off my gift and a few other things

We set up something for this morning and she was even early ^^. While she was there she tried different products on us. If I invited a friend I was able to jump from a $10 gift certificate to $20. It was like a short make up session where we were able to try different products. What I ended up getting at the end was:

Flower Arrangement
Satin Hands Set
Make up Bag
Shower gel
Body Lotion
Make up Remover
Acne Treatment
Sample Size of Concealer
I used my $20 towards the make up remover and Acne Treatment. The Shower and Lotion came from not cancelling my appointment with her haha. I was going to just purchase the concealer but she didn't have that or any foundation so she gave me her sample size lol

Overall it was really nice! She was friendly and I got more free stuff than expected!!! Almost $100 worth of free products. My mom made some food so after we were done with the beauty products we ate some. 

I can't say all the products were AMUHZING.  Although I really did like their foundation and make up products. More than their skin care line. but hey! No complaints free is free and i really appreciate it!
Well this was basically my day! Can't wait to try the stuff I got~ I'm so sleepy you guys ;___; nap time possibly? yes yes!

Its like a Hot Pink/fuschia
I was a bit hmf about the color cause I didn't think it would look good on me at all.

Why are my lips so big?

I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!! It actually looks really good on me. Kinda Nick Minaj-ish.. but I try not to

style the rest of my make up like hers.
I give this a 5/5!!!
Super pigmented and compliments my tan skin tone ^^

Glitter Gal Review/Giveaway!!! [closed]

This is basically long overdue.

But Glitter Gal Cosmetics sent me one of their Nail Polishes to review last month,

and is also allowing me to host a giveaway!!!

They are an Australian based cosmetics company that manufacturers high quality yet affordable make up!

The color they sent me was their 3D/Holographic Copper.

The color is like a berry pink! Very pretty.

I noticed the bottle was a bit small, but they explain it is because they use true holographic particles in their formula which is 30 times more expensive than any other nail polish ingredient.

Honestly it was so hard to try and get the holographic effect to show up on my camera.
Its GORGEOUS in the sunlight... it truly is. I couldn't stop starring at my nails.
The best way to describe the effect is... my fingers now look like holographic pokemon cards.


This is probably my new favorite nail polish. I LOVE IT~ The holographic effect is very neat.
Chip resistant: Not really. The polish will chip so don't forget to use a top coat~
Easy to apply: YES! The brush is not too long.
Overall I give this 4/5!!!

Kurvee Event Pic Spam

This weekend I attended the Kurvee Event at
the Marriott Courtyard Westside in Culver City, Los Angeles!!!

If you didn't read my previous post check it out here.
My mother ended up going to the event as well. Though she did her own thing and roamed around. >_>
It was a bright day perfect for going out.

I got all dolled up in my "professional wear" Sorry i don't really have any photos of that other than one O.o
The shopping experience was very nicely put together. The venue was small and a bit crowded.
Sorry the photo quality is kinda off. Not even sure why xD

The woman was very nice  and gave me a sample of their products.
Which was a small bag with a Candle, false rose pedals, and bath salt.
8D um....any hot young man that resembles Enrique Iglesias or Bi Rain is free to join me in said bath ;D

Elissa from Bath by Riley. They sell the products Hand Candies if you haven't heard of them yet!
Their small candy shaped skin care products! You crumble them up and wash your hands with them.
The result is healthy SOFT smooth hands. Her husband was working the booth with her and guest were allowed to try it for themselves. THEY WORK. I ended up buying 10 of them so i'll be doing a review soon. She was also nice enough and gave me one of their bath bombs! I havn't even used it yet but I can't wait.

GOODIE BAG!!!

This was a small little goodie bag with mostly sample size products of things like Sauve Lotion, Colgate toothpaste, Schick Quatro razor, Pur Minerals lip gloss etc, One coconut water etc and a lot of discounts.

The gift bag was nice. Not amazing but pretty good. I can't complain about free stuff xDDD I especially love the lip gloss~Although I will say this. Even though I do hate to complain when products were free.. I can't help but feel how TACKY it was that a few of the products that offered Discounts or Coupons.. EXPIRED IN 2010. Basically they just gave us all the left over stuff from last year. I do realize this was not Kurvee's fault but handing out products with expired coupons... that looks really bad on the sponsors part -________- I mean really? Who even does that.

The samples given out were really nice and thoughtful They were prepared very nicely and each table had its own unique presentation.

Well over-all the event was really nicely put together! Today I found out I was the winner of the
Mary Kay drawing they had there O: wow i'm never that lucky.
 Kurvee did a really nice job and I look forward to the  next event.
Hopefully at a bigger venue next time. :)
